As the client support team leader, she and her co-workers are passionate about delivering the best overall customer experience possible. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? 

It’s simple – if it’s not going to matter to you in 5 years, don’t spend more than 5 minutes upset by it.  

What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned during your professional career?

Prioritize your day, be confident and accountable, and put your all in everything you do.

If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?

The ability to resolve issues within seconds. Telecom is very diverse, and with new technology determining the root cause of an issue can be challenging and time-consuming. To have the ability to skip the many steps and resolve problems immediately would be a fantastic superpower to have.
